Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team of clinicians and support staff, ensuring that clinical services are delivered safely, efficiently, and effectively. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Managing budgets and resources to optimize service delivery
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective practice
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, healthcare management)
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
