Occupational Health Professional

Drs Ltd is seeking a skilled Occupational Health Professional to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing occupational health services, including health assessments and screenings, to ensure employee safety and well-being.
To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have prior experience delivering health screening services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing tests, lung function tests, skin checks, HAVS assessments, vision screening, and job-specific medicals
- Perform drug & alcohol screening
Requirements:
- Previous experience in health screening or a related field is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Full driver's license with no more than 6 points
Working Arrangements:
- This role involves working away from home with overnight stays for up to 4 nights most weeks
- Preparedness to work shifts including early starts, evenings, and night shifts
- Essentially Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work may be required
Benefits:
