Your RoleAs a Senior Associate Director, you will lead the client relationship on your assigned brands or markets. You will strategically influence clients to achieve their brand and business objectives.
You will bring proven modern marketing experience to the team and understand how digital channels and platforms are influencing the behaviours of health consumers and professionals.
You will be passionate about making work that has value and purpose for its audiences. And passionate about building relationships and trust that open up these opportunities.
You will manage and mentor your team day-to-day and develop, review, and inspire your direct reports. You will also work hand in hand with the project management team ensuring delivery and resource casting is fit for the client and project.
About Your Responsibilities- Lead and oversee client partnerships across a portfolio of brands on Pfizer, focusing on Primary Care but with potential shifts over time.
- Build strong relationships with regional clients and further connections to global and local as required by client need.
- Understand and support clients' commercial and brand strategy, ensuring the agency team delivers a high-impact programme of work to help clients achieve impact goals and objectives.
- Build a high-impact client team to deliver against client requirements and a strong partnership with creative agency leaders working across the Pfizer business within Digitas Health and Publicis Health UK.
- Partnership with International and regional CoLab IAT teams, focusing on the ICO regional IAT lead for Primary Care.
- Apply the CoLab offering, capabilities, and processes to client business, enabling senior leads and day-to-day teams to leverage its potential and navigate its complexities.
