**About the Job:**

We are seeking a Chief Building Services Technician to join our engineering team at Conrad London St James. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all mechanical equipment and systems within the hotel, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Maintain all mechanical equipment and systems within the hotel.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure all hotel fixtures and fittings are in safe condition.
  • Develop and implement energy conservation programs to minimize expenses.

**Requirements:**

  • Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.

**Salary:** £58,000 - £68,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
