Job Overview

We are looking for an individual who can work independently and as part of a team, providing top-notch maintenance services to high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, be able to troubleshoot complex issues, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

The successful applicant will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, carrying out repairs and installations, and ensuring that all plant and equipment associated with the building is functioning correctly.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on various building systems
  2. Carry out repairs and installations of plumbing and HVAC systems
  3. Cover PPMs & reactive works as needed
  4. Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and report any issues or concerns to the team lead
Requirements
  • Temporary position for 6 weeks +
  • Must be client-focused, working Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00
  • Technically qualified, apprentice trained with relevant City & Guilds or equivalent
  • Able to carry out sprinkler tests
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be available for immediate start
Salary and Benefits
