Key Responsibilities

The Process Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Delivering adequate supervision of the assigned team to operations;
  • Maintaining and promoting high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality;
  • Ensuring staff compliance with training standards as required by Licence Condition 10 (Training);
  • Providing visible management, leadership, and motivation to help achieve high levels of performance and enthusiasm to deliver;
  • Contribute to the delivery of local Accountability Boards (Visual Management Boards).
