Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This will involve maintaining client and Care & Support Worker files, processing new client referrals, and preparing documentation for Field Care Supervisors. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming telephone enquiries and providing information to clients and staff.
  • Implementing thorough recruitment and vetting procedures for all Care & Support Workers.
  • Processing new client referrals and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing documentation for Field Care Supervisors and ensuring all client and Care & Support Worker files are up to date.
  • Maintaining the computer system and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
