**About The Job**

The Learning Experience is seeking a highly skilled Development Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about community transport and wants to make a difference.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting CTA members across England, working closely with them to understand their needs and provide outstanding support and development.

You will work closely with colleagues to develop local and regional knowledge and relationships, ensuring that CTA is best placed to support members overcome challenges and take advantage of opportunities.

About The Role

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with CTA members, identifying their needs and providing tailored support and development.

You will also work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve services.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,387 (starting) rising to £31,334 (max) per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme and flexible working options.
