Job Overview
Graff Search is seeking an exceptional Data Protection and Compliance Lead to join our team in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a major media and entertainment organisation, leading on complex data privacy initiatives across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Protection and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for deputising for the global DPO and leading on both BAU and non-BAU project-based assignments. You will also be involved in the day-to-day running and improvement of data privacy compliance matters, working closely with senior stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, and other data privacy professionals globally.

About You
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in a data privacy-focused role, either within an in-house, privacy regulator, or law firm environment. They should have demonstrable experience of leading and delivering data privacy initiatives across complex, multi-jurisdictional organisations. A professional privacy certification from a recognisable institution would be ideal, but not essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and influence change globally are also required.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our hybrid working arrangement includes 2-3 days a week in our London office, along with bonus and corporate benefits.
