Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team at Saxton Recruitment LTD.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of large-scale design and build projects, with a focus on commercial and construction activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing project budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize project value

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.
