Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity


Saxton Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on large-scale design and build projects ranging from £20m to £120m.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects, including cost planning, budgeting, and contract administration. They will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including cost planning, budgeting, and contract administration

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Provide commercial advice and guidance to the project team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a commercial construction environment
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
