Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team at Saxton Recruitment LTD.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on large-scale design and build projects ranging from £20m to £120m.

The initial development is an industrial and logistics park construction project, offering a challenging and rewarding experience for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate commercial activities on large-scale construction projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a commercial construction environment
  • Strong knowledge of construction law and contractual procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
