As a key member of our sales process, you will be responsible for qualifying warm leads and matching them to their ideal new home. Your expertise in each development will enable you to confidently discuss features and benefits, making you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with prospective renters via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work through inbound and outbound call lists to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Cross-sell properties that align with customers' needs, even if they're in a different location.
  • Confidently discuss promotions and how they can benefit customers.
  • Become an expert on each development, able to communicate key features and local area information.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Book viewings for prospective renters at times that suit them, ensuring they feel excited about their property search.
