Sales Consultant Leader

We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join our established team at Dove and Hawk, a high-end independent agency specializing in prime central London property sales and rentals. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-spoken and experienced lettings agent to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities- Closing sales on residential properties and driving new business to increase the property portfolio.
- Training and coaching junior members of the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborating with the company director to develop the sales department's marketing and operations strategy.
- Conducting property viewings and valuations to secure new instructions.
- At least 2 years of UK residential property experience.
- Industry qualifications (NAEA, NFOPP, ARLA) are preferred but not essential.
- Strong negotiation, customer service, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in IT and property software.
