Clinical Lead Practitioner Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to take on a leadership role within our Urgent Treatment Centres. As an ACP, you will lead clinical teams, assess health and clinical needs of patients, and use advanced clinical practice skills to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical teams and carry out consultations with patients, taking comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations.
  • Determine treatment plans, including prescribing medication or referring to specialist services.
  • Provide clinical advice and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist qualification.
  • Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
  • Evidence of completion of study in minor illness and injury, or willingness to develop these skills.

Salary and Benefits

  • Estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
