Key Responsibilities:

  • Support compliance with operational resilience policies and standards, ensuring risks and issues are documented and reported in a timely manner.
  • Develop and lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, acting as a support for colleagues with less experience.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of new products and organizational changes on business resilience.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of operational resiliency, including disaster recovery, business continuity management, and risk policies.
  • Previous experience in operational resilience, with a strong understanding of risk management practices and their application in financial services organizations.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to apply knowledge of key business drivers and factors that maximize department performance.
  • Thorough understanding of resiliency regulations and guidelines within the EMEA regions for financial services organizations.
  • Experience working in rapidly changing and ambiguous environments, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve measurable results.
