About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience and Cyber Risk Specialist to join our team at Capco.

As an Operational Resilience and Cyber Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients in meeting their operational resilience requirements across multiple locations and regulations.

Key responsibilities will include assessing resilience across operational and technical landscapes, analysing third-party exposure, reviewing cyber resilience strategies and capabilities, and providing solutions to close control gaps and meet regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Expertise

  • Good knowledge and practical experience of operational resilience, third-party risk, and cyber risk regulatory requirements
  • Practical experience of assessing controls and designing and implementing remedial actions
  • Ability to advise on and implement changes to support gaps in operational resilience, scenario testing, and reporting
  • Decision-making using a holistic approach
  • Defining and implementing risk management frameworks and supporting process improvements
  • Facilitating stakeholder conversations and deep dives between different departments within organisations
