Building Services Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Estimator to join our team at Solomons Europe. As a key member of our Quantity Surveying practice, you will work closely with clients to deliver large-scale projects across the North of England.
About the Role
- Act as a professional advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on NEC contracts and commercial matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Education to degree level or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Project Management, or Engineering.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIPS, APM, ICE) or working towards attainment.
- Experience with NEC3/4 contracts, with a developing contractual awareness and experience of change provisions.
- Commercial awareness and skills in project commercial reporting, including forecasting, CVRs, and subcontract management.
