Aircraft Maintenance Lead Position

We are working with a leading aviation manufacturer to fill a critical Aircraft Maintenance Lead role.

Job Overview:

You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, overseeing the inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft components and systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate the work of maintenance teams
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize aircraft performance
  • Monitor and improve team performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed
Requirements:
  • A valid Part 66 B1.3 license or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a focus on maintenance operations
  • Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance regulations and procedures
  • A DBS security check is necessary prior to commencement
Salary and Benefits:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year
