Group Revenue Strategist

MRK Associates is seeking an experienced Revenue Analyst to join their team as Group Revenue Analyst on a permanent basis. The role requires 4 days on site with flexibility after probation period.
This is an excellent opportunity for a single-site Revenue Manager looking to transition into a group role. You'll support multiple hotels and tackle various challenges and queries, expanding your experience beyond a single site.
The role involves identifying areas of improvement within revenue performance through data analysis, making it an ideal opportunity for someone with previous exposure to revenue management.
The company is a well-established and multiple award-winning hospitality business, operating internationally, which has come out of the pandemic in a very strong position.
The successful individual will have excellent communication skills and will be able to work efficiently and effectively to a deadline, alone and as part of a team. Knowledge of Opera PMS, Delphi and SmartSpace would be beneficial but not essential. Excellent Excel skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Collate and edit commentary from the hotels in order to produce required reporting material for owner groups on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis.
- Support teams in making your recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues.
- Identify revenue analysis related training requirements and assist with the development, planning and delivery of related training.
- Aid the Group Business Analyst with further development of Anaplan to provide the most effective tools for hotels to aid with decision-making.
- Develop, implement and maintain an Anaplan user guide covering relevant dashboards and processes.
- Support with business-critical project implementation as required.
- Communicate effectively and influence colleagues and key stakeholders in hotels and other departments.
- Assist the Group Business Analyst with providing commentary and insight into revenue management performance at group level and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement.
