Senior Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Worker to join our Tewkesbury Locality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting independence and making a positive impact on the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert social work practice in complex situations, assessing and managing higher levels of risk.
- Work closely with a range of professionals and senior managers to ensure a balance of support and independence is achieved.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of service users.
About You
We are looking for a Social Worker with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Hold a social work qualification and be registered with the Social Work England register.
- Have completed the ASYE programme and have at least 2 years post-completion service.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for promoting people's strengths.
