About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer I to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Process Engineer I, you will play a critical role in maintaining systems and performing tasks that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training on CI tools and techniques to support our daily management system (DMS)
  • Help teams collect and analyze data to support CI activities and the DMS
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
  • Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
  • Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with experience in CI and high-performance work systems, strong facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems. You should also have mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools, as well as organized and disciplined thinking to support and educate on the DMS process.
