About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist I to lead our Product Development team in Central Chocolate Productivity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from idea scoping to deployment, working closely with central and regional teams to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new product development strategies to drive business growth and margin enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Work with internal and external experts to identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies that support manufacturing flexibility and growth.
- Effectively influence senior-level and cross-functional stakeholders verbally and in writing.
Requirements
- BS in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Significant experience in Product Development within the Food Industry.
- Strong technical foundation and technical curiosity.
- Good understanding of the functional characteristics of ingredients, processing capabilities, and how they impact the finished product.
