Job Title: Design Director

We are seeking an experienced Design Director to lead our packaging development team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in packaging design and development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage packaging design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and procurement, to develop packaging solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure seamless execution of packaging projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring that packaging designs meet all necessary standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to procurement teams in supplier selection and qualification.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in packaging design and development, with a strong understanding of packaging materials, print finishes, and structural layouts.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of packaging regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to chair meetings and lead discussions with external suppliers.
  • Graduate or equivalent degree in a relevant field, such as design or packaging engineering.
