Senior Patient Advocate

Carepath Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Patient Advocate to join their team as a Nursing Home Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting positive behavior support and advocating for patients' rights and dignity.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for residents. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Salary: £29-£34 per hour (dependent on experience)
