**Salary:** £11.75 per hour
As a Support Services Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to achieve their goals and aspirations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities;
* Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores;
* Participating in activities and events designed to enhance the quality of life for residents;
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* A caring attitude and ability to build rapport with residents;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures;
