At Randstad Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with complex needs, including physical and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess the needs of children and young people with disabilities, developing personalized care plans to promote their independence, well-being, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with families, health professionals, and education providers to gather holistic information and ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Manage a caseload of children with a range of disabilities, ensuring regular review and adjustment of care plans.
- Identify and respond to any safeguarding concerns, ensuring that children are protected from harm, abuse, or neglect.
