Experienced Children's Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in the fieldwork service. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing intervention and support to children and their families where they are receiving help through a Child in Need, Child Protection or Child in Care plan.
You will have the opportunity to build relationships with children and families, taking a strengths-based approach to achieve positive outcomes for children. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment, where every day brings new and interesting challenges.

About YouWe are looking for someone who has a professional Social Work qualification, is registered with Social Work England, and has direct experience working with children in a childcare setting. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with internal and multi-agency teams.
