Your analytical and project management skills will enable you to effectively monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day marketing activities of the organisation, including online and offline marketing efforts.
- Develop long-term marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Assist with the development of the marketing function across all channels, making recommendations for improving processes and results.
- Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market, whether B2B or B2C.
- Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
- Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department, detailing the year's activity to meet agreed company objectives.
- Budget management, ensuring that all marketing activity is delivered within agreed parameters.
- Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
- HTML animation and email design.
- CMS day-to-day management.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
Requirements:
- Travel industry marketing experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ideally educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Good awareness of the Tour Operating environment and the travel industry in general.
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, and presentation skills.
- Strong creative outlook.
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Experience managing PPC, SEO, and Affiliate programmes.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
- Experience in ecommerce SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
The Package:
We offer a competitive salary of £30k-£34k, dependent on experience, along with other benefits such as discounted travel and a company pension scheme. This is a fully office-based role, providing a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced marketer to join our team.
