About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Homes and Maintenance Partner to join our property team at settle. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of a high-quality repair service to meet the individual needs of our tenants and leaseholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of tradespeople to ensure high standards of work and efficient operations.
  • Utilize dynamic scheduling diaries to effectively plan and track maintenance and repairs.
  • Deliver regular toolbox talks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience with repairs or maintenance/property service.
  • Experience with managing various trades of vastly experienced repairs.
  • Budget responsibility.
  • Experience with scheduling systems.
  • Able to participate in the out-of-hours standby scheme if required.
  • Full UK driving licence.
