Homes and Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Homes and Maintenance Partner to join our property team at settle. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of a high-quality repair service to meet the individual needs of our tenants and leaseholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Confidently communicate with tenants, addressing complaints and ensuring swift resolutions.
- Oversee and manage a team of tradespeople, ensuring high standards of work.
- Utilize dynamic scheduling diaries to effectively plan and track maintenance and repairs.
- Manage the Direct Labour Organization (DLO), ensuring efficient operations and resource allocation.
- Deliver regular toolbox talks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (HSE) and promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
Requirements
- Experience with repairs or maintenance/property service
- Experience with managing various trades of vastly experienced repairs
- Budget responsibility
- Experience with scheduling systems
- Able to participate in the out-of-hours standby scheme if required
- Full UK driving licence
