Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Tamworth. As a key member of the site's maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective maintenance of all plant machinery.
- Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Respond to breakdowns and perform remedial repair work to minimize downtime.
- Complete project work and fault finding to identify and resolve issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
Our client is a leading engineering group with a turnover of over £400 million. They are investing heavily in their Tamworth site, installing new machinery and increasing headcount to enhance product quality.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working as a maintenance engineer in a factory environment.
- Experience working within manufacturing would be beneficial.
- Our client will also consider candidates with recent qualifications and experience from other industries.
