Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Senior to join our team at Reed Accountancy. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers hybrid working arrangements and attractive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Process high-volume supplier and subcontractor invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Gain authorisation of invoices and reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage key suppliers in the best interest of the group, fostering strong relationships and negotiating favourable terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist the Accounts Payable Assistants with complex accounts, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is desirable, but not essential. Prior Accounts Payable experience is also desirable, but not essential.
- You possess excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- You have basic Excel skills and are proficient in using software applications relevant to the role.
