Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the accounts receivable team to ensure high standards of performance and productivity.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable function.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance team leaders and business operations teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the accounts receivable function.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Problem Resolution: Manage and resolve potential problem accounts and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing an accounts receivable function, with a strong track record of achieving results.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OCR technology, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting.
