About the Role

This Teaching Assistant role involves supporting students in a school setting, working closely with teachers to ensure educational excellence. We require someone who can provide effective support and guidance to pupils, utilizing their knowledge of the EYFS, KS1, and KS2 curriculum.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and students alike, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

  • Must hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3) (desired)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or UK residency
  • Previous experience working with children within the last two years
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to work effectively with EYFS, KS1, and KS2 age groups
  • Two professional references from previous roles working with children
  • Hold a current DBS registration or be willing to apply for one
