Join our dynamic team as a Tourism Industry Liaison Specialist at Visit Belfast In this exciting role, you'll play a vital part in shaping the visitor experience and driving growth in the local economy.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice and guidance to visitors on attractions, events, and activities across Northern Ireland.

You'll also be involved in the sale of literature, booking of transport and tour tickets, and handling cash transactions. Additionally, you'll support the development of effective working relationships with industry partners and sponsors.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen understanding of the tourism industry and its trends
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
