Care and Support Workers play a vital role in supporting children with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team at a Children's Learning Disability Home in Luton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support tailored to each child's needs. This includes supporting children in educational, social, and recreational activities, as well as building trusting relationships with the children, their families, and other professionals.

We offer a competitive salary up to £32,000 per annum, plus opportunities for progression. This includes a basic salary of £26,217, plus £4,800 per year in Sleep-in payments.
