Children's Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a fully qualified HCA to work across both sites in our Ancora Medical Practice. The hours of work will be Monday 8am to 6pm and Friday 8am to 6pm, with an opportunity for sickness and holiday cover and Saturday overtime.
We offer a great working package with 6 weeks paid annual leave, a company sick pay scheme (after one year's employment) and automatic enrollment onto the NHS Pension.
- Assist with childhood and adolescent immunisations maintaining any Child Health and Practice records.
- Ensure specimens are labelled and bagged ready for collection with the necessary paperwork completed.
- Ensure sharps bins are ready for collection.
- Assist in clinic sessions as directed by members of the nursing and medical staff ensuring that all equipment is clean following clinic sessions.
You will provide high-quality care to the practice population and be supervised by members of the nursing and medical team at all times working to your job description and within your capabilities.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
