Te tūranga | The role:

We're seeking a Customer Specialist to join our friendly team in Nelson. As a Customer Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of banking queries and requests from customers. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our digital and self-service channels.

This is a part-time position working 30 hours a week.

We're looking for individuals who can build strong relationships, learn quickly, and respond effectively. You'll need to be passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences and have the ability to educate customers on our digital offerings. Confidence in learning our products and asking the right questions will be essential in tailoring personalized solutions for customers.
