Job Overview

This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Data Centre Planning Specialist to join a leading Data Centre Developer on a 12-month contract basis. Located in London, this role offers a great chance for the right candidate to secure their next contract position.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planner with expertise in project scheduling and planning using key software programs such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining accurate project schedules
  • Ensuring general contractor standards and schedules remain aligned
  • Providing ongoing analysis and reporting on potential project issues
  • Tracking productivity and key project data
  • Assisting the Planning Team in implementing schedule processes across the regional team
  • Supporting the improvement and efficiency of schedule and planning data for accessibility by the construction team

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 1-3+ years of experience as a Planner or Scheduler in Commercial Construction, preferably on data centre projects
  • Qualifications in Project Management or Engineering would be beneficial
  • Essential knowledge and experience of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
