The Role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Residential Childcare Worker. As part of our 24-hour care team, you will be working in a 3-bed Children's Home caring for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing 24-hour care and support to young people with complex needs
  • Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with young people, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Participating in sleep-in duties and waking night shifts as required
  • Supporting young people to reach their potential and achieve their goals

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young people and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. You will have a passion for supporting young people to reach their potential and achieve their goals. We will support you to complete the NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills to succeed in this role.
