Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with internal and external HR-related enquiries
  • Own and deliver on cases covering employee lifecycle stages, including leavers, contract variations, and benefits maintenance
  • Maintain accurate employee records and perform payroll queries resolution
  • Support annual salary reviews and group-wide projects
  • Develop and submit reports on general HR activities
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
