We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian to join our team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical nutrition support to patients across various specialties, including general medicine, surgery, critical care, and more.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in clinical nutrition and dietetics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nutrition-related policies and procedures.
- HCPC registration as a Dietitian.
- Evidence of relevant continuing professional development (CPD) activities.
- Experience in delivering clinical treatment within dietetics.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
