Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable results. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills.

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaign plans that align with client goals, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Execution & Management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
  • Creative Briefing: Work closely with creative teams to develop campaign assets, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and other content.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including strategy, design, content, and media buying, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaign execution.
  • Post-Campaign Analysis: Conduct thorough post-campaign evaluations, including performance reviews and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within an agency setting.
