About the Role

As a Tesco Colleague, you will play a vital role in serving our customers and driving business success. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve customers with passion and pride, providing a great natural service.
* Work across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
* Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
* Be knowledgeable about your store's performance, understanding the part you play and what we need to do together to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.

What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate starting at £12.02, increasing to £13.15 for stores within the M25.

Requirements:

* A passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
* The ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.
