About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tesco Dorking Reigate Rd Express. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and support colleagues as needed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling customer transactions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
