Spa Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead our luxurious spa in Broadstairs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing a team of skilled therapists, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of skilled therapists and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and client satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a proven track record of driving business growth. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £13.20 per hour (40 hours per week), as well as a range of benefits including flexible scheduling, 28 days annual leave, and free gym membership.
