Responsibilities
As an Economic Consultant Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real cases and:
- Conduct literature and data research
- Perform conceptual analysis applying the theoretical literature to the facts of a case
- Manage and clean data
- Analyse data and interpret results
- Have active participation in drafting reports, memoranda, presentations and other work products
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- To be studying Economics. You will either be in the final year of your undergraduate studies, or a current Master's or PhD student in Economics, ideally in your penultimate year
- To enjoy microeconomics and quantitative research
- To be comfortable working in Excel, Stata, R, Python or other quantitative software platforms
- To have strong attention to detail and be able to think analytically and critically
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and fluency in another language would be useful but is not essential
- To be able to work effectively both individually and in teams
