About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Planet Pharma. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for promoting and ensuring a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Policy Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Communicate EHS policies and procedures to all employees and integrate them into operational practices.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards through regular audits and inspections.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential EHS hazards and conduct risk assessments to mitigate risks.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- 3+ years EHS experience from a highly regulated industry, with pharmaceutical experience being advantageous.
- NEBOSH Diploma.
- Strong presentation skills and experience of delivering training to various levels of stakeholders.
