About the Role

As a Property Management Training Manager at Spicerhaart, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the performance of our Property Managers. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of property management training, ensuring our team members have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs to improve sales, property management, and customer experience
  • Develop and maintain online training modules and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements
  • Support other departments in the development and upkeep of Operations Manuals
  • Review training materials to ensure they provide effective learning and development opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in learning and development, recommending implementation within the company where appropriate

Requirements

  • CIPD qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent business experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a related role within the property industry
  • Confident in creating learning resources digitally and via PowerPoint
  • Ideal experience of supporting apprenticeship programs
  • Inspirational and able to influence and motivate others, with a natural ability to bring the best out in people
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a self-motivated, confident, and flexible approach

What We Offer

  • Basic salary range of £30,000 to £36,000 per year, dependent on experience
  • Annual bonus of up to 10% of salary, based on hitting half-yearly targets

Eligibility

  • Full UK driving license for a manual car
